Shipping Information

We aim to post all orders of in-stock items within 2-3 working days. An email will be sent to you to let you know when your items have been sent. If you’ve ordered a custom item, we'll provide you with an ETA before we commit thread to needle.

Items are posted Second Class in the UK. International orders are posted by standard airmail at reasonable rates.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, however, Royal Mail will do everything in their power to get items to you. If you’d like to have your item shipped by a guaranteed method, email us to discuss your requirements.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to all countries. Shipping to outside the UK will be magically worked out and added to your cart at the end.

PayPal eCheques

We do not accept PayPal E-cheques. In some circumstances we may accept real actual UK cheques or BACS payments – please email for more information.

Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide your details correctly. We are not responsible for missing items if you provided an incorrect address. Please check your address carefully!

Customs and Duty

You are responsible for all duties/customs fees that are incurred on a package. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items included and will be marked “other.”


To do our bit for the planet, we sometimes re-use packaging. If for some strange reason you would prefer brand-new packaging, please email your request to We do not include invoices or other billing information with any of our packages to keep costs down.
